Two of our outstanding language students have won a prestigious competition organised by Runshaw College! Kirsty Jackson won the German prize and Rebecca Neil won the French prize. The two Year 11 girls had to translate a document from the foreign language into English with only a dictionary to help. They both managed to capture the essence of what the writer was trying to express and are to be congratulated on their achievement. They both won first prize!
